What this site is

aivendoraudit.org is a free, vendor-neutral consumer-advisory resource published by MDN Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The site presents a six-point diligence framework, an interactive scoring survey, and a downloadable PDF — all for informational and educational purposes.

What this site is not

• Not legal advice. Nothing on this site constitutes legal counsel. For decisions involving six-figure agreements, retain qualified counsel licensed in your jurisdiction.
• Not financial, tax, or investment advice. The framework describes public-record checks; it does not assess the suitability of any product for any taxpayer, client, or firm.
• Not a vendor rating service. We do not analyze, score, or characterize any specific vendor. The survey produces your own arithmetic count of the checks you confirmed — it is your work, not ours.
• Not a regulatory determination. The framework references public records maintained by the SEC, USPTO, FINRA, and other agencies, but it does not assert or imply any regulatory finding against any vendor or person.

How you may use the framework

You may use the framework, the survey, and the PDF for your own diligence purposes — including bringing the PDF into partner conversations and using it as a checklist for vendor calls. You may share the PDF with colleagues at your firm. You may not republish the framework text on another commercial site without crediting aivendoraudit.org and linking back.

Editorial corrections — our commitment

If anything on this site is factually inaccurate, please tell us. Email [email protected] with the specific page, the specific text, and the correction (with source if possible). We commit to:

• Acknowledging your message within 7 days.
• Publishing a dated correction note on the affected page within 14 days of confirming the inaccuracy.
