About AI Vendor Audit
Who maintains this site
aivendoraudit.org is maintained by MDN Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. MDN Solutions is the editorial publisher of the six-point diligence framework presented on this site and operates the survey, PDF, and email infrastructure behind it.
Why this site exists
CPAs evaluating six-figure AI software vendors deserve a vendor-neutral checklist drawn from public records — not a sales pitch. The framework on this site is designed to be runnable by any CPA from a phone in about 20 minutes, using only free public tools (SEC EDGAR, USPTO Patent Assignment Search, FINRA BrokerCheck, SEC IAPD, and a browser's view-source).
We are not a rating agency. We do not analyze, score, or characterize any vendor on this site. The survey produces an arithmetic count of the checks you personally confirmed — it is your work, not ours.
Disclosure — MDN Solutions LLC is itself an AI-vendor operator
MDN Solutions LLC is itself an AI-vendor operator subject to the same six standards published on this site. We are not a disinterested commentator on the AI-vendor space; we participate in it. We hold our own products to the same framework. We are happy to publish a self-audit of our own AI products against the same six checks on request.
Our corporate jurisdiction is Wyoming. We do not currently maintain a separate corporate website; questions about MDN Solutions go to [email protected].
Editorial corrections
If anything on this site is factually incorrect — including any of the framework descriptions, citations to public records, or descriptions of any public tool — please email [email protected]. We commit to a response within 7 days and a published correction (with a dated correction note) when warranted. This commitment is also in our Terms of Use.
What this site is not
- Not legal advice. The framework is a checklist for asking questions, not a basis for any legal conclusion about any vendor.
- Not financial or investment advice. Decisions about six-figure agreements require qualified counsel.
- Not a vendor rating or warning. The survey reports your own arithmetic of what you confirmed — it is not a verdict on any vendor.
See the framework itself: the six checks we hold ourselves to.
